Induction Week
During the first week of studies (Induction Week) at Aegis Omiros University, new students are introduced to the services available to them and the requirements of the University’s academic system.
Students receive information about their field of study, their courses, the assessment and grading procedures, as well as the support services provided throughout their studies.
Free Computer Skills Training
Students are encouraged to attend free computer skills courses alongside their core studies.
Participation in these computer training courses may be accompanied by obtaining the state-recognized KeyCert IT certification.
Computer skills training may also be completed through the University’s e-learning platform (educational portal).

All students, without exception, have the opportunity to attend free foreign language courses in the following languages:
-
English

The formation of classes in certain languages (e.g., Russian) depends on the number of interested students.
Seminars – Lectures – Conferences
AOU–University of Essex prepares an annual program of educational seminars and scientific conferences. Within this framework, a series of events, lectures, and talks is organized with the participation of distinguished academics and professionals from various fields, aiming to broaden the academic and professional knowledge of students.
AOU–University of Essex encourages students to participate in such events by presenting their own work (projects, research, etc.) with the support of their instructors.
